What is the cost of switching to Duneolas (migration fees)?carret down
There will be no migration fees for switching to Duneolas. This compares favourably to the thousands of euros of migration fees charged by alternatives.
What is the cost of a Duneolas software license?carret down

The more efficient and modern infrastructure underpinning Duneolas enables us to deliver savings of 10-15% on core license fees versus existing legacy systems. We will also deliver even higher savings (up to 40%) on SMS and transaction fees which can significantly impact the practice's bottom line. How does the switching process work and how long does migration take?carret down
The actual migration of your data from old legacy system to Duneolas system will only take 24-48hrs. The main steps to the switching process are as follows 1. You cancel your existing license contract with the legacy provider and they will provide you with an end date 2. Our Duneolas team will work back from this end date to create a seamless transition process including the scheduling of training, set up of demo licenses, run-through practice preferences for software setup and scheduling of data migration 3. The legacy provider will provide you with a copy of your data and our expert team will migrate the data to the new system and complete comprehensive testing. 4. The switching is complete and you can now begin using your new Duneolas system. 5. The Duneolas team will provide you with super support during and immediately after the switch where we will guarantee lightning-fast support and resolution on any issues you come across or questions you might have.
Will Duneolas provide training?carret down
Yes, Duneolas will provide a comprehensive training session for all your practice staff ahead of the migration to ensure they are familiar with the new system and how to complete their key workflows. We will also provide a demo subscription to your staff so they can play around with the software and get familiar ahead of the transition in their own time. We will also provide video training content that your staff can access on demand when they need it. Duneolas will be well-designed and intuitive to use so we are confident the transition will be a breeze for your team.
Can I get a Demo of Duneolas before deciding to switch?carret down

What ongoing support will Duneolas provide?carret down
At Duneolas we offer multiple support channels and resources for practices. You and your team will have access to a live chat module within the software that will enable you to send queries at any time directly to our team and get quick answers. There will also be a phone support channel and an email support channel manned by our core team. On top of the support channels, we will also provide a robust help centre module within Duneolas with high-quality manuals and text-based help articles as well as a library of video content to help practices with any problem they might have.

Duneolas is a new company but we are very well-funded and do not have any burdensome debt, so are financially in a very strong position. We have a robust waiting list of practices already looking to move to Duneolas which will give us significant market share from day one and will ensure we have a large enough user base to support the company well into the future. On top of this, we have an excellent and experienced team who know what is needed to run a successful company in this sector.
Is Duneolas compatible with Healthlink?carret down
Yes, Duneolas is fully compatible with Healthlink to ensure seamless communication between your practice and critical 3rd parties like the PCRS.
Will Duneolas be GPIT/ICGP accredited upon launch?carret down
Yes, Duneolas will be fully accredited before launch in the summer of 2025.
Is Duneolas an Irish Company and who owns it?carret down
Yes, Duneolas is an Irish-founded company and is also Irish-owned. The company is owned by a combination of the founding team and members of the GP practice community in Ireland. We have investors from GP partners to practice managers across a large number of practices from all four corners of the country.
